You gave me the wrong chair. I ordered the DURA Transit 17626, and the chair I took out of the bag you gave me is a different, less expensive DURA transit chair. I need this to be replaced with the one I bought.

I sat in the parking lot for 5 mins after I let them know via a link I was there for curbside. Then I had to call twice before speaking to a person. It was a hassle

This store has a little bit of everything. It’s like stepping back in time. Staff was helpful and friendly. Person downstairs helped me find a screw quickly that I needed in the drawers and drawers of them. I love that they have a store cat, big beautiful black cat. I got everything that I needed in one trip. It’s not your usual Aubuchon Hardware, it’s even better.

Online ordering and pickup goes smoothly and easily. I have also shopped at this location in person and staff are friendly and helpful.
