The Dog and Cat

I love going there to spoil our dog. I probably enjoy it more than him! I enjoy walking into a store and not having staff instantly asking me if I need anything. I’ve been meaning to write a review because I love going in there, and stumbled across some of the other reviews. If you're in there for a little bit, they very much ask if you need anything. They just give you space. However the moment you ask them to help you find something or ask questions, you will learn so much about products and anything related to pets. I go to the one in Essex, and the owner and her sister are incredibly knowledgeable.

I’ve been here twice. First time, I ignored the lack of customer service. Today, same poor experience. She barely speaks to customers, doesn’t come out from behind the register when I was the only customer in the store. Finally, had the audacity to make a snide comment as I was checking out. I will not return.

Awesome to have in the neighborhood! Great local vibes and lots of options for not only food and treats, but also high quality toys and accessories.
