I appreciate the personal-friendly service. The knowledgeable staff makes a huge difference and it's why I go here instead of the big box stores. You can always find someone to ask questions if you need a little clarity on a wide range of items. The store is geared toward new-north-end homeowners' needs - home repair and cleaning, gardening, car care, vegetable plants, grills, mowers, plumbing stuff, fans, screws, soil... We've purchased two Webber Grills from Ace. The price was less than Amazon plus, Ace assembled and delivered it for free! The store is conveniently located, easy to park, and isn't an overwhelming-sized warehouse, so I can pop in and out quickly. The only thing I do go to the big box stores for is wood boards and kitchen appliances.

The Customer Service at this hardware store is always willing to help me out with everything that I need and this is where I will be coming every time that I need something. They are very polite and courteous and they don't mind me being in my Electric Wheelchair. I would recommend this hardware store to anyone that needs something.

People go to a hardware store to solve problems. When clerks don’t know the difference between a washing machine supply line and faucet supply lines, it doesn’t leave me with a lot of confidence that my problems will be solved. Most of the workers are clerks that can operate a cash register. The rewards program is one of the worst I’ve encountered. The brand name products no longer carry the high-quality that they once did. Offerings are limited and expensive. However, at least there’s a hardware store nearby where I can get the basics. Overall, I find going to this store not particularly productive to getting my work done.

Great hardware store with knowledgeable staff and a great selection of items we needed. It has a nice and easy to follow layout. I was able to quickly find a few items I needed such as a new hose for my dryer exhaust, new smoke detectors, batteries and some other items. I will be returning for all my hardware needs.

The workers are so helpful here! I came in hoping to find a new screw to hold on my license plate but was having issues finding one that would work. They were so kind in helping me and even came out to my car with me to try a bunch of different screws before I bought one. I would definitely recommend Ace Hardware if you need some help with a project!
