PetSmart

One happy dog, with his new toy. My visit to PetSmart was an excellent experience. The entire store was super clean. The gal that checked me out was amazing! I didn’t get her name but she was awesome. She made the entire visit perfecto😁She was so great I wanted to steal her and hire her immediately.

A wide variety of toys, foods, etc. The store was busy, which is a great sign—considering there’s a Petco right down the way. And, as always, I got what I came for—-and more! (I especially LOVE the discounts of membership.)

It's a corporate pet store. Corporate pet stores don't like to pay for vet visits. 🤷 Their employees (at the time of writing this) are working hard at keeping the animals healthy and cared for. On a side note. If you're considering getting a land hermit crab, please watch the video basic hermit crab care on the you tube channel Crab Central Station before you purchase one. They take very specialized care and they can live over 40 years in captivity. If you're willing to put in the time and fork out the money for proper care, it's a very rewarding hobby. 💝

Terrible customer service. As a long time customer, I have never had such a bad experience as I had here on 10/30/2024. If I had options of shopping elsewhere in my area for my pets needs, I wouldn't hesitate to say I wouldn't return. I have to travel almost 40 miles each way and through two other states to this location. 14 day return policy just isn't possible for me. Saddens me to have to post this review.

Had to do a last minute shopping. There were 3 employees and one group of 3 people in the whole store. Told she couldn't get us a fish because they were short staffed. Sorry didn't make any sense.
