Pawsitively Pampered Mobile Dog Grooming LLC

My appointment with this lady was set between 10-11 am, I arranged for my mother to be at the home (whom drove 30 minutes out of her way) and told her in advance what the plan was, she ended up bypassing my appointment and went to her next one and hung up on me. She is not a kind human and probably has to work with dogs because she has no people skills. I am not a new client and she has no patience. I would recommend going to someone that can communicate with kindness and professionalism and who you can trust with your dogs. Definitely do not recommend this lady.

We got so lucky to have Janae! She is amazing at what she does and you can tell she just loves doing it! Our pups look amazing everytime and she really goes out of her way to make sure you are getting exactly what you want! Highly highly recommend!!!

Called to get a quote/appointment. Owner asked what type of dog I had. Told her. She then immediately said we only do small dogs and proceeded to hang up. I asked the weight range and she said around 15lbs (which fits our dog) but at that point she didn’t seem to care nor did she want the business for some reason. Look elsewhere for a more friendly groomer.
