Dapper Dogs Grooming Company

It has been a little over a month since we had our dogs groomed by this groomer. We tried them because they were highly recommended to us. We were extremely disappointed. Our Pomeranian came back to us extremely unevenly shaved(which we never even asked for her to be shaved). Our other dog had what appeared to be a cut on her paw. When I contacted the groomer about my concerns they blamed me for our Pomeranians hair because I “didn’t specify length” and denied they had anything to with the cut on my other pups paw. One groomer admitted to “never shaving a Pomeranian” so she “googled it”These pics are from the day of the grooming and our Pomeranians coat is now coarse and growing back so uneven. We paid the full amount and even tipped 20%. It wasn’t until we were home that we realized the condition of the dogs. We will not be returning.

I was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere, prompt service and quality care we received from Dapper Dogs! Our little cavachon is usually very nervous at all of the previous groomers we have used in the past, and whines for quite some time after we pick him up. With Dapper Dogs, “Buddy” was greeted with care and was happy as could be when I picked him up! All services were done in a timely manner and we absolutely loved the way Dapper Dogs shaped and fluffed his fur! Communication was easy and they got us in for an appointment quickly. I will definitely be using them again!

Dapper dogs is a fantastic grooming salon. It's large and airy. There are 3 grooming stations, multiple bathing stations, dog cages. The groomers are very friendly and great with dogs. Makayla does superb work. Her love for her job and for the dogs shows. She is very committed and works almost everyday including weekends. Dapper dogs sells really cute custom dog bandanas. This salon is amazing!

My Charlie loves to have Cierra groom him. He usually pitches a bit of a fit, but Cierra knows just how to make him comfortable with the whole trimming procedure. Not only does he now like his grooming, he loves his groomer too. She never nicks him or makes him feel nervous. Much, much easier to get him groomed now! Happy Dog Laurie!

MK is always so great with our puppy Charlie. She always takes such great care and gives a great haircut when we need it. She even gets the in-between spots on her paws. Thanks for always providing such a great grooming experience!
