The owner is awesome! She is so kind and patient with my little puppy while he is getting trained and used to the grooming process. She gives me tips to practice at home to get him used to everything and doesn’t force him to do anything when he starts to not tolerate the process anymore, which would obviously scare him off grooming even more. I love how kind she is with easing him into everything. My puppy loves her and always comes away happy, smelling great and looking handsome!
