I'm pretty picky with how my schnauzer is groomed, these groomers have nailed it every time! Even on his birthday they gave him a special birthday bandana and everything. I have an anxious puppy and they were so happy to work with him. He has no anxiety going to these groomers at all, and it has been such a life saver! The customer service is phenomenal as well. In my experience these are the best groomers in utah county for sure.

The team here is great, the best groomers I’ve ever had for my dog Crumb, they seem to really care and always do an outstanding job when he is finished. He has a skin condition that sometimes needs special soap and they are always willing to accommodate. Super fast to let you know when they are done so you can pick them up without sitting in a kennel for hours which I really appreciate. For anyone looking for an incredible groomer I’d recommend checking them out.

My "puppy" is almost 5 years old and has never been anywhere else for a groom. He gets excited going for his"spa day". Kirsty always takes such good care of him and he looks so perfect when I pick him up! They are very aware and knowledgeable about doggie health issues and this is the icing on the cake. Professional, Knowledgeable, and so caring!

We love Kirsty Lou’s! Their pricing is affordable and the work they do is better than any other groomer in Provo that we’ve tried. The staff is so sweet and very responsive, they’re also very knowledgeable about different breeds and will always keep your pets safe and do whats best by their breed!
