Very friendly. They made sure to discuss how i wanted my dog Bruno's hair before the service and he looked just how I asked! Such a darling cut! I love that they have a website to leave pictures and notes of the grooming service too. Thank you for being sweet to my doggo! Very happy with his grooming!

I’ve never experienced anything but the best from this place. When my lab was too scared to get her bath, Miles called and told us that maybe another day would be better for her because he didn’t want to force her or upset her and make her even more anxious to be bathed or groomed in the future. I appreciated this so much. His priority is the dog, not the profit. He invited us to come visit with our lab Chloe a few times to get some ear scratches & treats so she learns to associate The Bark Spot with rewards, JUST so we could EVENTUALLY get her to relax and not feel fearful. He even gave me tips on how to overcome her fear of water! I’m sure all the groomers are great, and the front end staff are welcoming and smiling…… Now, every time Chloe sees Miles, she lights up and the wagging tail doesn’t stop the entire time. He has such a gift!!!! His sweetheart wife Elise is managing the office now and is so gracious and kind no matter how crazy it gets. She has a calm and gentle nature that is PERFECT for doggos and probably some of their owners too! She is a true testament to how great leadership creates great employees and a great business!!!

They did an amazing job the first time I took my dog in. The second time wasn’t the best. For the most part I could live with it. Then I took her to the same lady that groomed her the first time. I said don’t touch her tail or her ears. She came back with a choppy coat on top. Missed spots underneath and her bit wasn’t shaved. Left long spots in some places and nicked her on her leg. Not her skin but it was shaved to her skin. She now has a Mohawk on her tail and they cut it when I told them not to. Thank goodness they left her ears alone. I am not going to bring her back. Three strikes your out

Friendly staff! It was our first visit, and our last experience somewhere else was pretty bad, so I was nervous to leave my pup anywhere. They made me (and my pup!) feel at ease and took the time to talk through the different cut options. Miles was so knowledgeable about the length options and how they would look on my dog specifically. The cut turned out great, and a happy pup came home!! 15 lb 1.5y/o shih tzu/yorkie mix

All 3 times I have brought my dog in, he has gotten worse at letting anyone touch his paws. He now has gotten to the point where we can’t touch them at all because of his experience here. All 3 times he saw the same groomer, Haylee. And all 3 times, has not been a great experience for me or my dog. Have not been in since May, and will not be going back. Not sure what she does, but groomers need to know how to read dog’s body language of when they are uncomfortable
