This review is just pertaining to the grooming service. Booked an appointment for a puppy bath (grooming) after buying the puppy coupon book. Made sure she had a nap first, because puppies get tired quick. When dropping her off, I was told they had a lot of walk ins, so it would be a while before the groomer could get to her. Said 1-2 hours and they would call me about 20 minutes before she was done. What? Why book an appointment then? They said they were taking her back and would give her water. Fast forward 2 hours and I haven’t been called, so I went back to the store to see what was going on. They had finished her bath and some grooming but were just getting to the nail trims and grind. It was another 15 minutes before they were done. My puppy(who loves everyone) seemed upset and burrowed into me. They said she was good, but had become nippy and couldn’t do the nails…. Yes, because she is a puppy that had been stuck in a kennel for too long and needed a nap. I asked if she had gone potty, and they said yes. She was so upset the whole way home, and shaking and crying the whole time. This is a puppy not afraid of anything, including fireworks. When I got home and got her out of the car, she started eating the fresh snow like she hadn’t had water all day, and had to pee about the most I have seen her pee. More like after holding it all night. When we got in, she immediately went to the sink and I got her a bowl of water. She drank the whole thing so fast she got the hiccups. I don’t think she had access to water like they claimed. She was very upset. When I tried to put her down for a nap (3 month old puppy who had been up for nearly 4 hours at this point), she freaked out about her crate. I had to hold her to get her to go to sleep and to then let her sleep outside the crate with me lying beside her. I am not sure what happened there, but my fearless puppy seemed to have been traumatized. I will never book an appointment here again. Apparently the walk ins get priority. Don’t take your puppies here, even for a free bath.

We visited the Logan PetSmart today. We had a young gentleman cashier. His name was Charlie such a sweet young man very helpful. I had to return twice for some reason. A couple of returned items got sent back to the shelf and I bought them and the customer service was amazing, but this gentleman Charlie I am very much appreciate him, his smile his kindness Professionalism he does a phenomenal job

The staff is super nice and always swoons over our dog. Very helpful. Our dog Hank loves going to PetSmart! The dog clothes are so fun!

Victoria at the grooming salon did an amazing job! Our poodle Birdie came out looking like a million dollars and she was obviously happy and not stressed at all. Victoria gave suggestions about what to work on with Birdie since she's a baby and still newish to being groomed, and I appreciate that over someone telling me my dog was great when she wasn't. I was also impressed by the thorough check in process. I feel like they really want to get to know your dog rather than just throwing a leash on and dragging them back, and they care about the wellbeing of their clients. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to the grooming for 15 years first my mom's dog, daughter's dog, and today my puppy for the first time. I took in the rabies vaccine tag and it was not enough. My appointment was at 7 am. I have a weekend with family and my son's wedding is tomorrow. They refused to take the dog. The vet clinic was closed to verify until 8 am. I had to get to work and was going to pick up on my lunch break. If they needed the paperwork or the vet clinic confirmation, I should have been called the day before. Now I am left with no options for grooming. I am completely disappointed and disgusted after years of using their grooming. This new manager is not customer service oriented. She could care less on long term repeat customers. I won't go back.
