Dinia did an exceptional job handling my dog with love and care and groomed her beautifully to perfection.

Today was the second time I’ve brought my dog Tank here and he has been taken care of so well each time. I’m so thankful to have found such sweet people who are willing to be so caring to my sweet boy. He normally wont let just anyone touch him, he won’t even let me or my husband bring a brush out (he’ll go running for his bed if he sees it, same for the nail clippers) I was told today he did really good. I’m so thankful for that! Definitely my go to place, especially knowing my baby is so good for them and he is well taken care of! If you’re looking for loving caring groomers look no further. ❤️

I took my 10 year old border collie there for a groom and was told pickup times were between 2-4 and that I would get a call when she was ready. We were the first ones there to drop off as the First Lady got there to open up the shop and reminded her we wanted our flea and tick medicine to be applied as a PREVENTATIVE and was assured that they would put it on her since we know its the start of tick season. We ended up calling them around 3:30 since we never got a call and were told she wasn't ready yet, we ended up picking her up around 5 after being there for over 8 hours. I have never had to wait a full work day to get my dog groomed especially when drop off time was first thing. They also never added the medicine even though we repeatedly asked and were assured they would add it. They also didn't have it waiting up front so it got left behind (which is partially our fault). As an out of town client this is extremely off putting that this is what we get for our first impression.

Took my pup in for a grooming with Dinia, she made sure I got everything I asked for. Amazing service!
