Petco

In general i was satisfied, though my dog is a toy breed there was a small variety of items in xxs. The grooming was very nice and was happy with and satisfied with their grooming and very kind, as well as treating my Yorkie with kindness.

Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. They had the biggest selection of different animals and enclosures and supplies that I’ve ever seen from a large chain pet store. I found a young blue eyed leucistic ball python there. That was pretty surprising to me. I couldn’t help myself and I took her home.

so, we made appointment for our poodle Luna.we were very skeptical at first because of a bad experience we had elsewhere in town.so we went a few days ahead to check them out and was greeted with our groomer [Kat],she went over everything with us from start to finish.explained what the process would be and even the price.she really made us feel great and comfortable to where we had no fear of leaving our Luna with her.she really went above and beyond our expectations when we went to pick her up.thank you Kat and Petco for having an employee who loved our dog just as much as we do.you Kat,are our new best friend and we will see you again! The employees are really nice! My first time visiting this store. They have everything you might need for pets.

The lady manager was a bad vibe. Big lady She told me her name but I don’t remember it. I took my dog to Petco at 8am & I called at 2pm to see if my dog was ready, she was not. She was telling me she was having trouble with my dog, and said that my dog bit her which is uncommon for my dog because she doesn’t bite! She already knew my dogs hair was matted and asked me if I wanted her to cut my dogs hair and I said no because her tone of voice just gave me the ick. So I told her no because I did NOT want HER to cut my dogs hair. She told me I was inhumane & she hopes I could find someone to cut my dogs hair which I did! I took my dog to Paw Spa and he did amazing and was able to do what she couldn’t! He said he had no problems at all with my dog! He was finished in like a hour and did so good!! NEVER going back to Petco
