I called August 1st to schedule an appointment for September 2nd at 9:00am. He took my number down and I showed up this morning telling him I had an appointment. I dropped my dog off at 9:02am and came back at 11:40am. She still hadn’t been cared for. The man explained that since I was a walk-in it was going to be while and told me it was be two more hours till she was done. I told him I had made an appointment a month ago and he looked to the calendar on the wall and claimed I didn’t. I’m moving out of town and needed to be on the road by the time I got her. She was brought to me and her leash had been chewed through. I don’t understand why they’re putting dogs in cages with their leashes. Especially since some get nervous and try getting out. My dog was still dirty and now my car is all dirty. This business is so unorganized.

I asked them to give her a bath, trim her toenails, and trim the hair on her feet. I didn't recognize her when I went to pick her up because they shaved my baby!! I didn't ask for this crazy haircut! Now it's going to take months to grow back, and it looks ridiculous! I'm never going back there again!!! If I could give you ZERO stars, I would! I've included before and after pics.

I have been taking my dogs here for a long time now. They always do a great job and are good with all four of our dogs.

First time I was nervous taking my shih tzu somewhere so I found this place which was a walk in….he came out so adorable…people were so nice and helpful and did everything we asked for! Definitely taking my Dobby here again!! Prices were also great love this place!
