Nice people. They did a great job with our miniature poodle. Unfortunately when we got a rescue miniature poodle they wouldn't accept her for grooming because her immunization records were on the rescue organization letter head not the veterinarian letter head. The form we have even has the little stickers off the immunization syringe with the manufacturer and lot number. The lady said people can forge shot records. I don't think anybody is going to the trouble of forging those little lot number stickers. And they could have called the veterinarian to confirm. Anyway we stopped using their service and went to another groomer a half mile away that will accept our immunization records.

Went for the first time and they made me feel super welcome. I have a senior dog that was denied at PetSmart for being too difficult when it came to trimming his nails. But he had no problems with his groomer here. I will 100% be back for future services!

Staff is very friendly & love pets. They treated our girl, Blue, very well. She came out looking & smelling great! We will definitely be coming back 😊

Our poodle bichon loves his groomer. He arrives and is happy to be there. Signs are all up and us “Pawrents” feel at ease leaving our pets there. Staff is always smiling and friendly.
