Fur The Love Of Pets

Unfortunately disappointed in Fur Love. Instead of notifying me twenty four hours before my appointment as per the cancellation policy they notified me an hour and half later than 24 hours and when I tried to cancel the woman on the phone charged the cancellation due to the hour deficit. Very strange behavior from a business to a repeat customer who has never had complaints until this time. If the confirmation phone call is an hour late it starts to seem strategic to accrue cancellation fees and treating your customers badly over an hour difference caused by the business’ delayed outreach seems a bit unwise. If a small business cannot treat their customers with respect then they don’t deserve repeat customers. Hope the seventeen dollars were worth it. Do better Fur Love.

We don’t charge cancellation fees I’m sorry you had a bad experience. We would be happy to help you if you’re looking for a dog groomer.We would greatly appreciate you take down your post, please.

Tammy is absolutely wonderful! I have been taking my two dogs to her for years, even before she began her own business. She loves your dogs like they are her own and takes great care of them. We have always loved the care and the work she has done. Only stopped seeing Tammy because we moved states - which broke my heart! She even gave me a write up on each dog and their grooming needs to pass off to our new groomer. Please don't hesitate to take your dogs here!
