The Groom Room 101

We recently used Groom Room 101 for boarding and grooming services for our two dogs, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They stayed for three nights, and we picked them up on the fourth day. Throughout their stay, the owner provided regular updates every two hours, complete with photos of my dogs being walked—even as late as midnight! The dogs were kept indoors in spacious kennels and fed according to the schedule I provided, which was very reassuring. On the first day, the owner expressed genuine concerns about their needs, showing just how much she cared about their well-being. She even went above and beyond to cater to them on New Year’s Eve, a time she could have spent with her family. On the day of pickup, I added a grooming and bathing package, and my dogs came back beautifully groomed, smelling great, and, most importantly, calm and happy. Seeing how comfortable and at ease they were made me feel so confident in the care they received. I highly recommend Groom Room 101 for anyone needing boarding or grooming services. The exceptional care and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations!

Ariana always listens to what I want, she does an amazing job every single time. Very satisfied with how well she works and how amazing she works with my pup. I've tried other places, the last time I tried a different place my pup was shaking profusely none stop for 3 days straight, it was hard to watch my pup going through that. Never again will I try a different place. Went back to Groom Room 101 and glad I did and so is my pup. Thank you Ariana! ❤️

Took our 5-month puppy for her first ever wash. She is our first furry family member. Needless to say, we were a little overprotective and nervous. This all went away the moment I stepped into the Groom Room. The staff all greet you with a smile and all the attention to details you express. Immediately felt at ease, they gave me the option of waiting and watching or coming back (they send you a text/ all 15 minutes before). Even more comfort as a pet owner to have those options. When the service was done, my pup was as happy as can be, smelling great. The owner, Ariana, came out to educate me a little on one of my pups' nails, which was so appreciated. Over all, couldn't have had a better experience.

Before, during and after, was a bit nervous since it was his first time at a grooming salon but didn’t disappoint, will definitely be going back soon!
