I brought a big job for the salon...a 3yo rottie and a 1.5yo German shepherd. Savannah was amazing with my boys! they look and smell great! they will be seeing her again 😊

Great place to shop. Clean atmosphere. Attendants at fish section kinda ignore customers. Other than that everything I need for my pets are here.

Today was this big day we surprised my daughter with a gecko and my son his very first pet Rocky! The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and was by my side getting all the supplies we needed for our additional family members. My kids love this place lol

Just bought two lizards from there. My son loves them. They didn't have the lizards food that I need. Do not go to petco. Everything you need is here or online. Now we have two birds from there, they're finches.

I am highly disappointed. This was our first time getting our dog groomed in Odessa and at PetSmart as well. We had high expectations for it being petsmart. However, it seems like they don't care to take the time to properly groom our dog. They did not try to save his tail and shaved it all, never seen a husky with this type of tail not even a Siberian and ours is a Malamute. Also, theyy shaved half of his belly area but not the rest and has a bald spot in that area. They made a mess with our dogs hair .It was very expensive and not what I was expecting. Never ever returning again, I hope his hair tail grows soon. Terrible work
