Fantastic service!! We brought our dogs in to be groomed. The two employees working 1/20/25 were kind, helpful and caring. Our dogs are extra large and were probably quite a challenge to groom, but they came out happy and looking soo good!! We will definitely be back and suggest to other to go here for grooming.

As expected the store was clean and orderly, the floor was well stocked and smelled like a pet store. The employees were diligently restocking yet still asked if I needed assistance. The counter person was engaging during check out, so that was nice. Nothing bad about this particular store, but nothing special as far as petco goes.

I have a difficult time trying to get any employees to help me with fish. Hardly any of them have any knowledge about them, I’ve been given bad advice unintentionally on many occasions. They’ll hire anyone and stick them there. They always have issues with the fish, especially the saltwater. It’s constantly partially shut down, or they have dead fish in the display tanks, and they just leave them in there. Today the whole saltwater section was closed down, seeing the fish they have slowly dying was sad to see.

Jada and Tendra consistently provide exceptional care for my dog. Thanks to their expertise, he is always perfectly groomed and show-ready, whether it's for a photo op or stepping into the ring. Their dedication has undoubtedly contributed to his success, including winning Best of Breed at multiple AKC shows. I highly recommend them!

I brought my Pug to get her first time bath. They called saying she was pooping and was nervous. They were so sweet and tried everything to make her comfortable until I got back. I really appreciate them being patient and kind to my sweet girl.
