Exclusive Grooming

I had a truly unpleasant experience at this dog groomers recently. I took my beloved pet to get groomed, expecting a pleasant and professional service. However, when I arrived, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in addressing my concerns. The groomer who attended to my dog appeared neglectful and inattentive, not taking the time to understand what I wanted for my dog's grooming preferences. As a result, my dog ended up with an uneven haircut and a haphazardly trimmed coat and blooding toes because there were no nails left. Additionally, the groomer didn't handle my dog gently, causing unnecessary distress. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience that left me feeling unsatisfied and hurt that this experience caused my dog such pain and anxiety.I will be reporting this tragedy to authorities they should be held accountable for their actions. If i could leave leave review without stars I would have. I am deeply concerned about the experience any establishment providing care for animals should prioritize the well-being and safety of the pets. After reading their reviews and the fact that dogs have died under their care is incredibly distressing. Additionally, it is highly unacceptable for your dog to be left scared, traumatized, and confined in a small kennel for an excessive amount of time 6 hours to be exact. It is crucial for such incidents to be reported to the authorities which I will be doing to start an investigation in this animal cruelty so these horrible groomers can be stopped and punished to the full extent of the law and addressed promptly to prevent further harm to innocent animals. It is advisable that Texas law be changed to require all dog groomers to get training and become certified in the field to be reputable and responsible dog grooming service that prioritizes the welfare of the pets in their care.

I am not satisfied with this groomer, they did not do a good brushing, they stated they couldn't cut her nails, cause my dog wouldn't let them. I had to help hold her to help nail clipping. My original groomer in Plano does a phenomenal job!!

The owner was in bad mood, I was trying to explain how I wanted the cut. She was confusing me about the clipper guards. Then she’s like here take your puppy somewhere else,, if you don’t understand me !! My puppy was trying to get on top of me and very nervous!!! This last time I take her there I just wonder why my puppy was so nervous. Who knows what my puppy has gone through with a steel brush was poking on her skin, I will never trust that place!!!
