The Paw Spa

John and The Paw Spa are the only ones I’ll ever trust to groom my sweet little rescue pup Jeffrey. John is one of the most caring and kind people you’ll ever meet. He truly cares about every animal and it shows. His staff are all just as kind, attentive, and skilled, and there’s no better place to entrust with your dog. They treat them like family because they are family. I can’t recommend The Paw Spa enough. You won’t regret sending your pup to them. ❤️

After about a month of researching and reading hundreds of reviews, I decided to have my 4 month old golden doodle groomed by The Paw Spa. After realizing how much hatred there is for doodles in general, I was so incredibly nervous to leave her anywhere. But I took the risk and I am so glad I did. Kayla was my puppy’s groomer and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my fur baby to be attended by her. She offered a few of her recommendations, with it being my dog’s first cut, and also took the time to listen to our requests. The full grooming took around 4 hours. I arrived there to pick her up and she looked fantastic! She wasn’t crying or making a fuss when I got there which showed me that she had a good experience with Kayla. I am excited to bring her back! My only issue (rather annoyance) was that this suite is located next door to a cigar shop which makes the entire unit reek of cigar smoke. But again, this is no reflection on The Paw Spa itself as a business, just a minor negative for me.

Tabatha is great! My girl is 14 with major arthritis. She’s also quite the wiggle worm when being groomed or vetted. Tabatha is awesome with the seniors and we are so thankful we have found her. It’s such a relief that when I pick her up, we can tell she hasn’t been over stressed, that says so much about The paw spa and Tabatha!!!! 💖💖💖 (Princess)

I am from Manor and have a difficult time finding reliable groomers. I visit my sister in New Braunfels often and decided to look up groomers in the area for my boys. I ultimately decided to give the guys at Paw Spa a try, because they consistently answered their phone, were able to get me in within a few days, and their prices were great. Tabitha took such good care of my babies and I could not be more pleased with the results! My smaller little guy is getting old and he has become such a grouch. I am very thankful for her patience and will definitely return!

John & the crew are absolutely amazing! It is the best pet spa in the greater new Braunfels area. Hands down! The fact that they care so much about the dogs, but they don’t put them in cages or kennels says all you need to know about the character of this please.
