Head 2 Tails Professional Pet Salon & Spa

We have gone to Head 2 Tails grooming twice with our shin tzu puppy. I was nervous the 1st time but they did an awesome job. Our groomer is Leighton and he had been great. Very caring with our puppy. Will continue to use them❤️

This staff does a great job. I’ve tried other places but not the same experience. My only complaint today was not getting called when my dog was ready. I drive to NB just to go to groomers. And hang out until he’s ready. After 3 hours, I went into check on him. And they were done. Guess they forgot to text me.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Head2Tails in New Braunfels for over three years, and they’ve always been fantastic. The booking process is simple, and their grooming skills are top-notch. Alex, my groomer, even adjusted her schedule to accommodate mine, which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Let’s start off with saying the staff is fantastic! Gave me all the information and procedures. Quick drop off no long waiting. They were super gentle to my little love. My Morky came out looking so handsome and dapper. Price was extremely fair and affordable. I will absolutely being using them for every grooming need. I will also highly recommend you taking your beloved pet to be pampered by them. Thank you everyone who works at head to tails!!!!!!

the absolute RANGE of these people!! Incredible!! First visit with head 2 tails I brought my senior Great Pyrenees in, who was 130lbs and 10 years old. He had severe arthritis even with pain meds; probably couldn’t stand for more than 30 minutes at a time. These groomers (I don’t remember all their names I apologize!!! I do remember Wendy being there for one of his appointments though!!) were so patient and thorough and amazing. Wendy even showed me a hilarious picture of the blowout process, which that one step in itself led to a fur ball the size of a horse. They were always so patient with my Yeti, who was so arthritic and old but so gentle. He’d come to pass just a few months after his last session… I recently adopted a young energetic pup who is named Wendi (short for Wendigo but no one really knows that 🤭). She’s a handful but these people were so kind and patient. Her fur is already super soft but when I picked her up her fur was silky, buttery soft!! They worked so well with her and Wendy (the groomer, not my dog) was so patient and friendly when explaining she was unable to trim her front nails because my pup wouldn’t allow her to and it was getting too risky. She was very helpful in explaining how we could try exposing her to more touches on the paws over time. I cannot say enough good things about them :) 10/10!!
