Highly recommend this place! My dog always comes for a bath and deshedding treatment. Affordable and reasonable prices!
UPDATE: DO NOT DO BRING YOUR DOG!! They will tell you “soon” but in reality they will keep your dog in the kennel for 3-4 hours and cut their hair after that. I had to go get my dog because after two hours they didn’t do anything. It’s ridiculous how they take in dogs when they can’t even keep up with the reservations. Bad management in my opinion. Then the manager Nataly had the audacity to call my wife a liar saying that they did tell her they were gonna keep our dog for 4 hours. Lmao! Not in a million years would we leave our dog for 4 hours just to get a hair cut. She didn’t want to provide the evidence of the camera where the receptionist told us it was gonna be soon. Never go if you really care about your dog! After the incident we put a reservation 3 weeks from now and they decided to not give our dog the service because I was upset that they took my dog for two hours and they were gonna take 2-3 more! I think any caring dog parent would be upset. Not once did I scream, curse, or anything btw. I was just upset at the unprofessionalism and bad service. Response to owner: All this could have been avoided if y’all related the correct information to the customer. You stand by your receptionist word and we stand by my what we got told. Instead of telling customers “soon” like you did to us, just explain them that it can take anywhere from 4-5 hours. We would have never left our dog there. Again, we never screamed or cursed; just an upset customer who got lied to, if you can’t take criticism then that’s on you.
These people seem to have difficulty setting up appointments. I was given a verbal appointment at a certain time but later received a list of different times. At least it was all on the same day. On the day of appointment I received a completely different appointment time from previous confirmations. Of course I was visibly upset. It's my day off and I would need to arrange my day around being available to pick up my pet when ready. The owner Sheila was not understanding and told me my tone was inappropriate. I did not use inappropriate/cuss words, it was my tone, which reflected my complete frustration that she found inappropriate. No Sheila, changing my appointment multiple times is inappropriate. Sheila stated that the issue was the "new" system. My pets have gone several times before and never had an issue with the system. Attached photos will show I have been a customer from beginning. Schedule at your own risk, and if you show any signs of being upset with any scheduling errors, be prepared to be told by Sheila to pound sand. I would not recommend this place. It's a shame because this place was really convenient. My search for a grooming home for my 6 shih tzu will continue.
Had an appointment this morning at 10 am, was ready in an hour and a half like I was told Incredibly impressed, my Frodo was very well taken care of and he looked, felt and smelled amazing! The staff was incredibly sweet and will be coming here on the regular!
They did such a great job with my dog and I love that they take pics of them with a cute festive background. Their prices were a lot less than some of the pet salons in our area. Great job.
