My Pet Spa

Gave my Fox Pom a teddy cut which I did not ask for. It’s been months and my Poms fur has not grown back the same. They have ruined my Poms coat. I’m barely posting a review bc I had hope my poms fur would grow back but it hasn’t. Not the way it used to be. Also, this place takes a long time. I dropped off my poms around 2 and they weren’t ready until closing. I had to keep pestering because I never got a call that my dogs were ready. For the quality of job this place does, they need to lower their prices. I can’t reply to the response I got- but as you can tell. This location does not take accountability for their actions. I would NEVER ask for my Fox Pom to get a teddy bear cut. What happened was you all confused the cuts since I have both a Teddy and a fox. You all gave the fox- a teddy cut and the bear a fox cut. At the time you all gave me a discount without me having to ask bc you all knew you all made a mistake. What’s done is done but “my pet spa” ruined my dogs coat. Thanks a lot.

The service was quick. The price was high for a 5pd dog. I asked for a dip, which is for the removal shampoo for fleas and ticks. My dog still had a tick stuck to his ear. I worked at a pet grooming for 2 yrs out of Brownsville and I can tell you that many of the places here in Mission are a rip off. They are overpriced on everything, and add additional services not rendered to your bill. Please be cautious to whom you trust your fur babies to. ( the perfume and bath and miss cut ✂️ conceal the 💸.. I knew right off the back when I asked for the receipt of all the services rendered that I was charged. The lady upfront never sent it or gave it. I don’t know if she’s the owner or what. But she had her own dogs there. My impression is that these people/ business rip off or over charge people in order to pocket money. Be careful when they start changing prices on you.

I left my doggie Yorkie🐶 at hotel, for this time he was taking medicine and they gave him, such was so nice, I was out for 4 nights and encountered my dog better than with me 😬(oops) I definitely recommend 💯ah! They also bathed Archie and he was very soft. (xtra)🤣 also got to see a dog that they picked up and it didn't want to leave, it was very funny.😆

My dogs had an appointment for 1:00 pm. They were to have a bath nail trim and cut. They still were not done at 5:00 pm The puppy had only been trimmed on his bottom and the Westie on her bottom and face I provided a shampoo but it was not used. The area did not appear clean. We will not be going back.

My new spa place for my pet! Everything was amazing and loved the vibe, thank you for taking care of my doggie and make him smell good🙏
