Great groomers We couldn’t be more pleased with our two. In fact my husband said this was the best our two Havanese have been cut. Friendly and reasonable cost. We will be back again!

Boarded our baby girl on a Thursday and asked for her to be groomed before picking up on Sunday. Pickup window was from 10-11a or 5-6p. We came in from out of town and picked up at 5. We hadn’t noticed in the dimly lit shop that they’d shaved her down to her skin between her eyes. She winced and yelped in pain when I got close for the picture. (We’d asked for her to be shaved down entirely, but not like this). Before leaving, I asked if they were able to cut her nails, the older lady said they had, but upon inspection at home (the guest area is really tight), her nails were still super long. The lady that charged us went as far as giving herself a tip (charged on card), which normally I wouldn’t mind had they done a good job and not hurt Amelia.

My second time here the 1st well they cut the nails too short I didn't complain even tho she bled. Yesterday, tho I asked for something simple since I no longer trust them w/ nail clipping. & the 'groomer' (i wouldn't even consider him one, to begin w.) Comes yelling at me like I'm an animal.. i get it you work w animals but, respect the people that pay your bills. In the end of his brake down, he can't give me a price he'd rather hide behind walls to tell the lady upfront the price, while being rude to her as well. I believe in 2nd chances but not a 3rd I was even nice & tipped $20 even tho he messed up her nails mind you the cut was not what I wanted but again, I'm forgiving. Not anymore keep your rude comments and for the love of God groom yourself dude those piercings are for teenagers or drama queens. This place is not for Schnauzers!!

I have always taken my pups here and these folks have always done a wonderful job of grooming them. They take good care and groom them beautifully.

Dapper dog has taken care of all my baby's ❤ They are very caring, professional, kind, courteous & always make my furbaby's look fabulous! The prices can't be beat. I've taken my boy Taz, my girl Candy which they crossed the rainbow 🌈 Now they take care of my rescue Guppy & my little Miniature schnauzer Kya. I wouldn't take my furbaby's anywhere else. Highly recommend this place!
