This was our first time using this groomer and regret is an understatement. Our standard poodle went in for a bath, brush, and SANITARY trim. Our first red flag was being called that he was ready 1 hour after he was dropped off. Not only did I pay before I saw him, but he came out completely shaved. He had little to no matting and definitely not enough to justify a full shave. Not only was he unevenly shaved down, but his whiskers and eyelashes were cut as well. His ears also still have curly hair in them to further show how little they cared about the dog. For almost $100 I could have shaved him at home myself and done a better job.

Anahi is the absolute best! I recommend her to everyone that’s wanting their fur babies taken care of! She’s patient and kind and open to discussing all your needs and wants for your fur babies!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! They need to fire one of their groomers. Got both of my dogs groomed today, and one was done very well by a friendly and kind woman. However, my second dog was returned to me soaking wet in places, unshaven, her face not cleaned, and her nails cut so short that she whines and limps now! The man called, saying she was being aggressive, but she is an very shy, loving dog and is very accepting of touch and care when getting groomed ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Should have been refunded fully but the staff genuinely doesn't seem to care about their customers or the animals entrusted to them. OVERPRICED AND INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!! If I could leave zero stars, i would :(

However, my second dog was half-shaven, not at all brushed and her nails were cut nearly to the quick! The front receptionist called, saying she wasn't able to be groomed because she was trying to jump off the of the table, but she is an very shy, loving dog and is very accepting of touch and care when being groomed because she's a very frequently groomed girl! Neither dogs had their faces washed, and I had to brush Freyja at home to get out the tangles and mats that weren't there before!!! I've read other reviews now, and I'm glad that I brushed her myself because other dogs have gotten infections from their brushes!!! When we spoke to the male groomer, he had his headphones on and barely said anything! My companion turned 12 and I wanted to do something a bit different. I have always seen this store but never ventured in. My first experience for this store has been a great one. I went in and was instantly greeted by a professional and polite worker. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what my options were and also what the products were made of. The quality was excellent and the state of the store was impressive. Clean and organized and the smell was clean and sanitary. You can’t always say that about pet stores with a grooming salon in them. The prices were expensive but for the items they sell and the effort they put for their customers I believe it is worth it. Have been recommending this to pet owners to stop in for a look.
