Bought 6 neon tetras from Midland store. Told clerk there were several dead ones in tank. Assured that all was well. One dead before I got home. Original 6 I have 2 survivors! All my other fish are fine . Water test all within parameters.
Terrible, first the crickets were all mostly dead or close to dying due to inadequate housing, second I called to be sure they had a specific lizard I was told yes but after paying 30$ to Uber there and back I found out they didn't even have the lizard they were too lazy to ever check just said yes on the phone. The employees didn't know how to handle any of the animals I watched a girl drop a guinea pig it hit its head and started seizing the swept it up in a box and took it to the back god only knows what happens to the poor baby. Never go to the one in Midland the employees are lazy, don't take care of the animals properly and mistreat them.
Thrilled that the employees here have unionized. Unions ensure American workers can bring their best selves to work each day, in this case to help us and our lovely furry friends. Congrats to the team and can’t wait to come see y’all again soon. Backbone of America!
I have to give this store consistent five stars; particularly for service. We went to get my dog a new harness. We were met by a team member named Rhea. She showed us where the harnesses were and helped us fit our dog with just the right harness. That is "world class" customer service. As most retailers have cut back on customer service. This store had a great selection and great people to serve its customers; that is why I will keep shopping here.
Took my puppy there for a groom, paid $98 and looked like crap .. patches all over and my puppy only weighs 7 pounds , not a lot of hair to be cutting .. total waste of money
