I booked back-to-back appointments to have my two dogs bathed and dried a week and a half in advance. I received both email and text reminders about the appointments in the days leading up to the appointments. On the day of the appointments, I arrived 10 minutes early to discover the shop locked up tight and all the lights off. Tried to text and call the number on the door to find out why the place was locked. No reply to text, call went to voicemail, also no reply. Waited a 20 minutes after appointment time, then left. Unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive! Would give zero stars, if possible.

Though Maria is quite accommodating on the phone, it would help if she would show up for her appt &/or return a call. I had appt today for 11:30, waited until noon (having called/texted her several times that I was out front), which caused me to miss a noon appt. I had read other reviews that indicated she is a repeat offender re this behavior. Too bad...she does excellent job if/when she shows up.

Booked appointment online and received automated confirmation and reminder emails. I called two hours before appointment to confirm but for no answer and left a message. When I arrived at the shop, door was locked. I called the number on the door (no answer) and waited 15 minutes. Very unprofessional.

I booked an appointment online, drove across town, no one was there... I called the multiple numbers on the door, left messages, never heard back.. disappointing

They were a little pricey compared to a few other places around town but they did an OK job. The morning I went to go drop my dog off no one was there at the time specified and I waited about 15 to 20 minutes before finally heading home. They called a little bit later apologizing saying they were running behind picking up pets that morning.
