They tell their customers if you buy 12 packages of the Stella & Chewy's freeze dried patties you get one package free. I only purchased the Turkey because my dog will not eat any other. They still have not provided me the free package. It has been 12 days since I purchased the 12th package and the store has still not provided me the free package. Needless to say, I will never shop here again.

I love coming to this store to get goodies for my cats. The owner is very helpful, and very educated on pet nutrition, I trust her opinion! Her samples helped me figure out my cat's absolute favorite food too. She is super accommodating and willing to order anything I may need from the brands she carries.
