Fifi's Pet Salon Hotel and Villas

I have been grooming my dogs with Fifi's for about 8 years now and in the beginning it was great. Recently, however, the past two or three times that my dog has come back from here she has had more than three cuts on her. I can not even touch her paws without her growling and lashing out at me, she seems to have had some sort of trauma. My dog has always been shy and nervous but never like this...I don't know, I'll probably be finding a new groomer for her.

I was once baby sitting my friends dog, I decided to take her dog for a groom. I specifically told them how I wanted her to be groomed, when picking up the dog it was nothing like how I asked and she also had a cut. Was not a good experience

Always feel comfortable taking my pup here for his grooming and boarding! Great people and customer service!

Definitely would not leave my dog here they aren’t good with attitude and they left cuts on my dog they are horrible service and didn't threat her right that is animal cruelty right there! They will not take care of your dogs at all

The worst !!! I went in there and they litrally treated my dog so ugly made him cry never again!!!! I’m so disappointed as well because they did a HORRIBLE JOB ! I will Never spend my money here such an ugly way to treat your animals/customers ! I will never spend a dollar here ever again and I hope people don’t either !
