Groomingdale's Pet Parlor

My fur baby looks so good. They were very good about getting us in. However, I will never use this business again. Upon completing my dog they wanted immediate pickup. When called I told them I would try to get someone to pickup my dog but if no one could I would be there between 3-3:40. The lady told me I would be charged a late pickup. I told her that was fine I was at work. If immediate pickup was necessary and had I known that when I scheduled the appointment I would not have used Grooming Dales. I tried them for the convince of location. The lady then calls me back while I’m still at work to let me know they would charge me $20 extra for every hour until I picked up the dog. I used groomers in the past and this has never happened to me. If you want immediate pickup upon completion be upfront about that when the appointments made.

Had a great experience! Groomingdale's way easy to get into. I messaged via Google and got speedy responses and got all my questions answered. My little dog Sophie got a great haircut, nail trim, ears cleaned and teeth brushed. Kristy was so nice and speedy and they charged a fair price. I'm grateful to have found a great place to take Sophie to over and over again.

They did a fantastic job on both of our dogs. It was also less expensive than we were used to and they had them ready within a couple of hours. This will be our new grooming place from now on.

I've brought my dog here a few times and haven't had any trouble till this last visit. My dog is 13 years old and a collie, so his joints and legs aren't the strongest. I'm sure the groomer has had trouble grooming him because of his age, which is understandable. However, the last time I brought him, I thought everything was normal and it wasn't. I got the call, like usual, that he was ready to go. So, I drive up there, walk in and see him sitting there. Everything seemed normal, the groomer ran my card and I go to get my dog but he won't get up. She then finally says, "he's been like that since his bath". Now I don't blame them or think that they purposely hurt him, but what made me mad was that it was never mentioned to me till I tried to get him to walk with me. Why wouldn't they say something over the phone or even while I'm checking out? Makes me feel like they were trying to hide it. One lady ended up helping me carry my dog to the car, and I ran him to the vet. I think they just wanted him out cause I barely saw any concern for him from them. He's better now and it probably was just his old bones he was having trouble with but I feel like they were trying to deceive me by not saying anything. I won't bring him back there again, and I am so disappointed because I did like this place and have referred people to them. Anyhow, I've learned my lesson and will now ask if a groomer has experience with older dogs because this place does not seem to.

They are amazing groomers and price was awesome and very friendly and they are my favorite in town ! My shih tzu always looks amazing and so glad they are close to where I live too !kristy was so nice and friendly and my dog jade was so happy! I used several others groomers in the past but now only Groomingdales!
