Under The Sea

Kind owner, was very helpful when we adopted our hamsters. My daughter loved her new pet I Would recommend Under The Sea as an alternative to PETCO for getting pets in healthy conditions. Reptiles birds and other critters available.

I absolutely love this place! I built my first Koi pond yesterday so I came to Under the Sea and bought 6 gorgeous, healthy Koi fish for my pond and a huge algae eater for a fantastic price! They treat you like family and are very attentive and polite as soon as you open the door. Businesses like this are exactly what Laredo needs more of . Thank you Roy Santillan for all of your help, knowledge and support for a newbie to fish ponds like myself! Y'all gained a customer for life ❤️ The fish already love their new home and started eating just 5 min after I put them in their new home!! All I have to do now is give them names 🤣

Girlfriend bought me 3 pufferfish from this store. 2 are now dead in less than 24 hours I've had them in captivity. Seller refuses to do a refund, many other stores would to keep on their reputation. They have a lack of pets and when they do they're over priced. Better off ordering online or Petco.

New to the Laredo area and needed to some feeder rats for my snakes. Roy Santillan gave me a tour of the shop and animals. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. Shop currently being remodeled but didn’t make the trip any less fun. My wife and I will def be back in couple weeks to grab some more. Fish, snakes, turtles, birds and pretty much anything they need, all found in this cool spot!

There are few stores in Laredo where you feel welcomed and listened to, this is one. Roy is truly the best!! Heard our needs, gave us the best advice and even recommended other places to find items he did not carry. Wish I could give more stars. We need to support these small businesses in our city! Highly recommend this store for all your aquarium and pond needs; and to get your small pet friends.
