Excellent customer service. I called on a Saturday because my dog was bleeding from one of his nails, and she took me in and dealt with my stressed dog with love and patience—100% recommended.

I will never return to this groomer, not friendly, would not return calls or answer phone. Never there. And prices too high. I found a very kind and reasonable groomer that actually comes to me. Carmen should not even be in business.
No one wanted to help groom my rescue pup that was so severely matted. Carmen took care of her with so much love and patience. This woman goes above and beyond!!
Took our Dilley to get groomed today and we were so happy with such an awesome result. He was filthy n stanky before we picked him up n He was 💯 clean, no scratches nor cuts! Like the other 2 places we've taken him to. He looks n smells purty!!! I will drive 20 minutes to groom him again.
