Glamour Paws

We’ve been using Glamour Paws for a while. But after this last groom, don’t think we want to go back. Friday my Yorkie came home looking similar to a Schnauzer. Her hair is so short! The sides of her cheek area is so short! We did not ask for this! She’s never come out looking like this. We’re so upset. We asked for a Teddy bear face - typical normal look for a Yorkie, but nope! Not what we got! She doesn’t look like herself at all! I called and spoke to the manager who doesn’t seem to care or take this serious at all. I wasn’t offered any kind of discount or refund, I had to ask which only 20% was offered. I didn’t think that was enough for what they did to our dog. Poor customer service. I was told I would get a call back on Monday, and I never got one. I called to be told she’s left for the day. So much for customer service and people giving a s&$*! Here’s a pic of what she usually looks like with a bow and what she came out looking like. Her hair was cut way too short! No bow for Christmas 😔

I’ve been going to Glamour Paws for a couple of years now. They do a phenomenal job on my shihtzu and golden retriever. Always quick to get us in and a quick turnaround time for picking up our pups. The friendliest staff!

Took my 15 year old Shitzu for another groom, the team were excellent and took good care of him. Teddy came home with a great haircut and smelled very nice! Congrats to all the staff, they gave me good vibes and Teddy looks fantastic!

I inherited my little poodle mix from a passed-on relative, and she is very clingy. So I was worried about how she'd do the first time I brought her in - but she did just fine! We've been several times, now, and she always looks great when I pick her up! The last time we went in, Ripley had a "dietary indiscretion" and got sick on the grooming table. The groomer called me to let me know, and we talked about it. That tells me they really care about the doggies they groom. Thank you so much, Glamour Paws!

I have been going to Glamour Paws for the past, at least, 15 yrs or more, + couldn't be any happier with there service + my groomer is the BEST !!! She does an absolutely awesome job with my little one + my previous dog as well. Thank you for taking such good care of us, GPaws !!!
