An absolutely gorgeous pet spa and absolutely wonderful staff. The owner Daniella is such a generous person - during a busy Saturday, she made time for a sweet senior Chihuahua girl we found lost on a busy street the night before who was in desperate need of a bath. Daniella told me they were fully booked with appointments but she still offered to get us in for a quick bath, ear cleaning and nail trim. I'm so grateful to Daniella and her staff for taking such good care of the little lost lady, she's looking so much better now (and the great news is that we were able to locate her Papa so she's back home with her family, all clean and happy again)!! 💕

Wonderful grooming experience. Took my Goldendoodle and golden retriever. Both were groomed perfectly and just the way I wanted. They listened to the cut/style I wanted for my doodle. And when I picked her up they asked “is there was anything you don’t like about it, that they would fix it”. I said “nope she looks amazing!!” She was happy and energetic when I got her. You can tell they really do care and treat the dogs well. Also, their prices were on point! Hallelujah!!! It’s about time the West Side got a really awesome groomer!!!!

The staff was absolutely professional and very caring about your pet. Made great recommendations and did an excellent job on my Shitzu getting her first grooming session. The facility was clean and very welcoming! Highly recommended! Completely satisfied with the overall service.👍😀

This place is amazing! The owner and her staff are kind, caring and super friendly. I was weary because my dog had a terrible experience with a previous groomer, and the owner made sure both my dog and I felt at ease. My dog got the best treatment and she was actually happy! I loved everything about this place and recommend it to everyone.

Polo, my Goldendoodle puppy, totally loved this place. This was his first time ever being groomed, and the staff at Petssible did such an amazing job for Polo's puppy trim. Virginia is an amazing employee, and the groomer did such a wonderful job. Thank you!!!
