Definitely love that the facility is close to my home. Loved the way the groomer explained everything from when i dropped off my dog and to when I picked her up. Very respectful. Facility was very clean and the other dogs that were in there looked happy. I explained exactly what I wanted and what my dog does and they knew exactly how to satisfy my needs. Will definitely be coming back.

I am extremely happy with the services provided at Valley Dogs Grooming RGV!!! This was our first time, and from the moment we walked in I knew I was leaving my fur baby in the best hands. Everyone was so friendly, and took the best care of my Lucy. She came back to me with the biggest wiggles which was the greenest flag. Thank you once again for the greatest customer service. Definitely will be returning!

Took my dog today to get groomed she was there for a few hours until they called me that she was ready and couldn’t open her eyes. I went to pick her up. She was having a hard time opening her eyes they were very swollen and red. Ever since I picked her up she’s been sleeping. I won’t be taking my dog here again. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Every aspect of service from the phone call making the appointment, the convenience of a text service agreement, to the loving care shown in the work of the groomers, to every person I encountered being super friendly, and very competitive pricing. So much value in what they provide. I feel confident that they take good care of my little elderly fur baby while she’s in their care.

I had a prior scheduling misunderstanding with the staff and was immediately contacted by the owner Javier seeking to resolve the issue which speaks highly of the way he conducts business. I made another appointment for grooming because of this and was absolutely wowed by the treatment my fur babies received. They look spectacular and came home happy as can be!
