Glamour Dogs-Edinburg Doggy Grooming, Daycare & Boarding

Thanks to Ms. Snodgrass I had 15 wonderful years with my first shih tzu Milo and since he was puppy only ever trusted him with Glamour Dogs. Although Milo is no longer with me I now have Winston and just like his big brother he now goes to Glamour Dogs. I would never trust anyone else to care for my furbaby they always do such and excellent job, and my furbaby always comes out looking cute! Thank you to everyone at Glamour Dogs, you definitely got a customer for life!

Very poor service waited 6 hours for my beautiful mini poodle to come out bald and scarred. He has a scar right under his arm now thanks to the poor care of the workers. SO A WARNING TO FELLOW PET OWNERS: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THEY WILL RUIN OR PERMANENTLY INJURE YOU PETS!!!!! Truly a horrible experience never going back to this establishment.

I’ve been bringing Zues for months now and I’m never disappointed with the service! Today, he got a free pup cup. 10/10 recommend!

We took our shih tzu for his very first haircut here and he came with most of his coat unevenly chopped almost shaved off. What concerns us most is that there’s a complete change in his demeanor and did not bark that entire day after he came back. He was there for four hour, and there’s no reason why a tiny puppy without any matting should have taken that long. If there was, the LEAST they could do is not leave our dog traumatized. DONT trust these people with your puppies, please don’t risk it. If you look at their low reviews on yelp and google, you can clearly see there’s a pattern of them not taking accountability and being ok with losing long term costumers. How are they still open???

My personal experience was extrememely disappointing. I took my own dog Astro and a family members dog Cupcake to this place and recieved bad results. Astro had gotten the grooming package and came back with patchy uneven hair all along his torso and legs. Cupcake recieved the bath package and still smelled when she returned home! They had us make an appointment at 12:00pm and they did not finish till close to 5:30pm (half an hour past closing time) almost 5 and half hours later, if this was going to happen what was the purpose of scheduling an appointment. Overall based on the service we recieved for both dogs I was not happy and believe it was overpriced. If I had known this would be the service I would recieve I could have gone elsewhere and recieved more in each package and recieved my moneys worth!
