The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. I got my aquarium from them, and now my wife and son are obsessed with the fish.

I like this PetSmart for my two fur babies. It has a lot of variety in cat food and a good section of toys. They are also very good about letting you know if you have saved up any money through the rewards program.

Wonderful experience there tonight! The guy in reptiles/fish was extremely helpful. We bought a piebald chameleon & purchased the setup piece by piece. He answered every question and was able to get us all set up with everything I wanted within 20 minutes of closing time.

We just got a new kitten today and needed to get stuff for her , we did find most things , we did not find a small bed for the crate we got so she can be in our office while she is little. The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful as we were all over store looking for what we needed. We will go back for more kitten litter , stopped on the way home at a different pet store in Moore Plaza, and they did not have anything I needed. The people knew nothing , so only Petsmart for us.

I checked online to see if a certain water fountain filter was in stock and it said it was available. I went in store and could not find it or anyone around to help. I waited in line to check out some other items I was going to purchase and asked the cashier about the item. He paged someone to check and another employee came to the register to let me know if it wasn’t on the shelf it wasn’t available. I left the store and added the item to my cart for same day delivery. Later that day the item arrived, so it was available they just weren’t helpful. I shouldn’t have had to pay a third party to do what they could have done earlier when I was at the store.
