The employees here are super helpful and knowledgeable about animals and their needs. Never had a bad experience at this location either. The aquatics department is really well managed as well. The tanks are always clean and well decorated as well! Attached is one of my favorite aquatics displays there.

Always excellent assistance. I just purchased a hamster recently. I haven’t had a pet in 15yrs. I was pretty happy with the guy who did help me. I think he was getting off, but stayed to assist me. Anyway, I love Mr. Pickles, and he is adjusting just fine. I have completely spoiled him!

The cashier was definitely customer friendly. She even carried that heavy dog food bag to the car for me ! Oh yes ,I'm an old senior citizen and needed the help. I thought I would have to look for a male helper, but she quickly checked me out and took that load to my car. I thank her for helping me.

As a first time guest to Petco, I was completely taken by Kim’s customer service. Kim was completely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products I needed. I will definitely be returning.

My daughter and i just stopped here to get a crab and ended up buying a beta fish and tank and all the accessories. The lady in the aquatic section was super helpful and able to answer any of our thousands of questions! The hermit crab was however twice as expensive as other stores but they're hard to find in the area as everyone is running out so we went ahead and got it.
