Angel Paws Mobile Grooming

We had an amazing experience getting our fur baby cut. Australian shepherds are difficult to trim and coats can be ruined if not done correctly/ they can come out silly. No issues coming to an apartment complex for the mobile side and the care and detail that went into his 2 hour grooming service was top quality. We will definitely use Angel Paws again!

We scheduled a 4 pm appointment the day before through text & at 3:58 pm I messaged her to see if everything was still good since I didn’t hear anything about being on the way. She responded with (Yes I apologize I'm running behind at the moment probably will be closer to 6)Decided to keep the groom still at 6:02 she still hadn’t showed or communicated anything with me. Life happens but (REALLY BAD COMMUNICATION WITH THIS GROOMER)

Katy is very sweet and has a precious assistant. She did a great job on my fur baby. I will certainly use her again.

Angel Paws did a great job washing and drying my lab and clipping her nails. Sweet Pea wanted to go with her by the end of her treatment.

Unreliable, poor communication, and inconsiderate of your time. She wanted $200 for the cut, which I agreed to for the convenience of having the groomer come to me. First day I had to remind her of our appointment and she scheduled me for the end of the day, and never showed up. We rescheduled for the next morning. She asks what time is good for me. I tell her first thing in the morning. She suggests 9-10 am. (Ok, I guess if that's early for you.) The appointment time comes and goes with no word, and that was enough for me to find another groomer. She finally texts me 15 minutes after the appointment time and I tell her no thanks. Then she has the audacity to threaten a $50 cancellation fee. I told her good luck with that.
