Jade at Austin Pet Stylist was the very first person/place that my dog, Ghost, ever went to get groomed. He is a stellar dog at the groomer because they gave him a great experience for years. I would still be going to them if I had not moved, but I wanted to come here and thank them for all of the years they spent working on his husky-thick coat. He looked beautiful every single time and came back a happy boy. I know he has always been chatty and I can’t think them enough for putting up with that. I owe everything to the care and dedication they put into working with him.

Juno looks great after his light trim today! I drove 20+ miles to take him here and I don't regret it. Kylie was awesome. She really listened to how I wanted him to look and gave individualized feedback when I picked him up. Love!

We love Austin Pet Stylist, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, kind and top quality groomer. Their prices are reasonable, their communication is great and the salon is a welcoming, inclusive place. We have brought two Pomeranians here (one with coat issues, and one who is a bit of a handful) and have received the best care. Pomeranians are a notoriously hard breed to groom, due to their double coat, and if not groomed and cared for correctly, they can actually lose their fur. I spent a lot of time researching groomers in Austin, and felt very lucky to get in with Jade. We actually live about a hour away, and make a morning out of grooming every month. Not only does Jade give the best cuts, but she is passionate about animals and even teaches a pet CPR class. Jade, Brittany and the rest of the staff have helped me learn a lot about Pomeranian care, products and well being over the past two years, and we are so fortunate to have them as our groomers!

Loved visiting this salon! Plenty of parking and the facility itself was VERY clean. The layout for the groomers and the client pups was thoughtful in design and execution. The stylist groomers I met were on their game. I found them to be well trained, professional, smart, relaxed, well intentioned, respectful of humans and canines, and in control of their stations, as well as the broader environment for the best possible experience for each individual dog. I overheard and observed an interaction between the owner and one groomer regarding a CPR/first aid class that was to be conducted the following day (Sunday) on-site at the salon, to be given to students by the owner. The content of the conversation itself and the care expressed between the owner and her staff member reflected great care for the good of all canines inside and outside the salon, as well as for the students to have a solid learning experience the following day. Simple things, perhaps, yet each little detail all added up to the greater sense of good, allowing professionals to properly conduct themselves in taking care of their clients (both the 2-legged variety and the 4-legged) in a pleading environment. Outcomes, my gentle reader could be pondering? What comes in the door is positively transformed walking (or held) out the door. Divine is what I have seen firsthand!

Very impressed with the service we received. My rescue had never been to a groomer and was super nervous. He is scared around unfamiliar people or situations. Jade and her team not only showed extreme patience and care towards my little one, but they offered some techniques to help me improve my dog’s confidence when meeting new people. They are very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend you give them a try! You will not regret it!
