Affordable prices! I really loved the way P greeted me she is a very sweet hard-working woman she made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs with a stranger. Just moved from out of town and you to Abilene and she really made me feel comfortable. It took some time but my dogs looked amazing!!!

Worst groomer experience of my life! Called the day before to schedule an appointment to get my 9 year old Pomeranian a teddy bear cut. They said to bring my dog in at 11:30 the next morning. When we arrive they said she wasn't on the list but they would fit her in. An hour and a half later they let us know she is ready. They claimed that her hair was so matted that they had to just completely shave her....I was so mad! I just brushed her out myself the day before and I have been giving her a lion cut every summer all her life, myself. I KNOW how to take care of my pom. She's always so good about getting her hair done and so patient. They did not wash her, and only trimmed half her nails as well. Extremely disappointed!

This is my second time bringing my old English sheepdog Nova. We absolutely love it, they always show myself and Nova genuine kindness.

Wagging Tails has exceptional customer service! The team has gratuitous amounts of patience and compassion for four legged friends. Finding a groomer that can tolerate our miniature schnauzer and provide a traditional schnauzer cut has been an uphill adventure. We're thankful to have Wagging Tails. 🐾

Ivy is a hand full. They kept her calm and peaceful. Nice cut on a wiggly girl. Nice job. There was a discrepancy on the charges today 1/17. Someone said I authorized a “deluxe “ service. I don’t even know what that means. They corrected it but we need to make sure that doesn’t happen again.
