Abilene Pet Regency

This place is a hidden gem!!! Jaimi is simply amazing and she makes sure that your pet is comfortable and taken care of when they are with her. Corgis' can be a handful especially with all their thick hair but Jaimi did a wonderful job and my boys are now super soft, happy and smell amazing!!! Plus no loose hair! Win-win!

The price was very reasonable and my dog smelled and looked great after they finished their grooming. They also did a great job on her nails and it seemed like my dog enjoyed her time there because she was in a great mood when I picked her up.

Don't recommend this place for boarding, which is the only service I've used or will use here. They were negligent and stubborn about accepting their responsibility. I boarded my dog and he needed to be caught up on a few of his shots. They were busy at the drop off time and so they took him in and caught him up later in the day. However, they did not check with me or wait for his medical records to come in and gave him shots that he had just had. Medication in any form should not be given so carelessly. When I picked him up after boarding for a week, his face was raw and he had dropped about 15 lbs. It took quite a while for them to come to an understanding about giving him extra shots and only apologized after calling his regular vet (out of town) to verify that they did actually mess up. When they brought him to me, they only brought a few of his items and I had to go back to get them. Had any of this not happened, the service would have been impersonal at best. I will not be back.

Love Kira and the girls, they always do a great job with my little 12yr old poodle Brie, they get everything from the ears to the behind, and clip her just like I ask them to. She Always looks good and smells great. Thank you all so much !!!

Abilene Pet Regency is attached to our vets office so I know the people and my dog Loki loves them. Their customer service is great, however I am a little upset about when I boarded him for 10 days. He smelled clean when I got him but he had poop caked in his buttfur. When I washed it out it was obvious to me that it was hurting him a great deal. It is really upsetting that when I received my animal back that he was not taken care of all the way.
