Alpha Dog Grooming

I was scheduled for grooming services today for two dogs between 2:30-3pm. I was told she would text me when she was on the way. She never showed, never called, and never texted. I tried to call her to see if she was perhaps running late or if we need to reschedule. I did not get an answer and I was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full. I still have not heard from the owner. I took time out of my day and from work to get my dogs groomed. One of my dogs has severe anxiety when she gets her toenails clipped so I had to give her prescribed anxiety medicine in preparation for the grooming. I do not like doing this often because she’s completely out of it most of the day. Now I have unnecessarily dosed my dog. I do not like leaving negative reviews but at the same time I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience as me.

I had an appointment for 2 dogs at 9am on 6/17/2023. And she never showed no call no anything she could have told me she was running late but instead she ignores her phone I will never try her again she she is very disrespectful. Making people move around her time then don’t show up

This is my first experience with Ashton. She picked up cheerio and dropped him off looking amazing! I'm happy to have found her and she will be my go-to groomer from now on. Thanks Ashton!
