I have been taking my dog to Star Paw since September of last year, appreciating their convenient location near our home in Woodruff. In October of last year, Lexie mentioned that our dog had accidentally stuck his tongue out on her recently sharpened scissors. We understood that mistakes happen and continued to book with Star Paw. However, there was no deduction on our bill that day or a coupon offered for the next service. Today, 9/9, we dropped off our pet at 8:00 am, and he wasn't ready until 11:45 am. When I arrived, Lexie informed me that my dog had been fidgety and that she had accidentally cut his ear. I mentioned that a friend of mine, who also brings her dogs to Lexie, had experienced the same issue with her two small dogs recently. Once again, we did not receive a coupon for our service and only received an apology. I will no longer be taking my dog to Star Paw as I now have concerns about his safety.

The young lady who trimmed my little Chihuahua's nails was very friendly and gentle with her. My dog is skittish and nervous and the girl who worked with her was excellent. I will be sure and get her name next time I go. Price was very good too, as opposed to the vet who was $30 for a nail trim.

I am so very happy with Star Paws Grooming. Brittany is such a doll, I was a walk-in to have my pit bull mix's nails trimmed. Doesn't sound like much, but we are both elderly,and we have big health problems. Another groomer wanted vaccine records and proof. My veteranian is an hour and a half round trip, and appointments are not quick to get, plus I'd have to pay a 60 some dollar office visit, plus the extra injections which would have cost at least $100.00. Also my vehicle needs repair and can't get in to haven't fixed for a month or so. I just want to thank Brittany for her kindness and the gentle care she gave my big boy, he is not easy to handle. She also did a very good job. Do not hesitate to take your business to Star Paws, I didn't know what to expect, but I got great service and the office was spic and span. We were in and out in minutes and her prices are more than reasonable. Thank you again Brittany we will be back next month again, and maybe also to help me bathe him it's hard for me to handle a 70 pound dog at my age.

Does a wonderful job on nail trimmings...she has a lot of patience with my fur baby.and I took my fur child for a bath and a pedicure today again Lexie did a fantastic job highly recommend this place 👍🏻
