Teresa's Mobile Grooming Salon

I had an excellent experience with Teresa! I called and set up the appointment, she arrived when she said she would, she took excellent care of my 2 dogs, and I will absolutely be using her from now on. Grateful to have found her!

I met her once. She came to help move my friend, who is a vulnerable adult. When in all actuality, what they did was steal everything she owned. 4 horse trailers and a truck pulling a trailer full of everything that older lady owned. When they left, they gave us a bogus address to meet them at. Then they just refused to give her her things. When the law was involved, they lied to the officer and claimed this lady was on drugs. Lol, this lady has no police record what so ever. Not even a speeding ticket. They were sporting around their logos for all of their grooming business's. But if this is how you treat vulnerable adults, I would hate to see how you treated anything else unable to defend themselves.

She was 2 hours late and we asked her not to shave our doodle but we can see her pink skin. A chunk of hair cut off her ear. She did a great job the first two times but today was not a great experience and we paid 70 more this time. Do not like leaving bad reviews but today was not a great experience. My dogs ear has a big gap that she cut in it and one ear is shorter way shorter than the other one …I would not use this service again.

I was looking for a mobile groomer for my two dogs and come across this one that is near me. I was so pleased and eager to set up an appointment! Over the phone, Teresa told me to send her a picture of my babies and said that she would call me back to schedule for the next week. I sent the pictures via text and waited to hear back from Teresa. After a few days of not receiving a call or message, I called and didn't get any response. I couldn't leave a voice message because the mailbox was full, so I texted her again to see when she could pencil me in. Still no response! I eventually gave up because I never received a call or a message back from Teresa, which is very disappointing. 😞 I would definitely say stay away from this mobile groomer!

Very happy with Theresa and the job she did! She loved our pup and did a great job with him. She was very nice to our kids as well, and loved on them as much as our pup! Thank you for the great service you do!
