I am new to this state and was In need of a new groomer for my two pitbulls. Both come with their own challenges around anxiety. I was greeted with warmth and patience to allow me to explain to them how my boys work best. Once we were in and out they even took the time to sit with us and discuss a few things they saw about their skin, nails etc with recommendations on how to better care for their allergies. These ladies were wonderful and we will be back! 🫂❤️🐶🐶
The service towards dogs here here is really good, I wish the service towards customers met the same mark.....I've never had an issue in the past and have been a paying and tipping customer for a year. I was just here to pick up my Chihuahua on Wednesday, he was still damp when he was brought to me, but it wasnt a huge deal and it was busy as it was after 5pm...I complimented the owner on the cleanliness/great smell of the facility and confirmed my other dog's Saturday boarding/appt. The next afternoon, I noticed that the dark blue bandana had dyed his neck and back fur blue. I chuckled and called Tail Waggers to ask to schedule a bath, I was told hey had to call the owner to check as she'd left for the day, the staffperson called back and said my dog would have to wait until Monday which was no problem for me as our photos are scheduled for next Friday. I asked the staff member to confirm that the bath wouldn't be an additional charge and she said she would have to ask the owner, I wanted to respect the owner's personal time and not interrupt her again so I told the staff member to not worry about it today and just ask the owner call me tomorrow. I got a text 10 minutes later saying it'd be best for us to find a new groomer. I responded trying to clarify as I was certain there was a misunderstanding and got no response. Again, The service for pets has not been problematic in my experience; It's the lack of value placed on the relationship or customer experience that earned this level of review. Healthy communication and initiating conversations that may feel difficult or awkward can salvage relationships that we value. The message was very clear from the business to me about my value as a customer and that's disappointing.
I definitely recommend this grooming salon they did an excellent job of my two Boykin spaniels Gunner & Remi I definitely will be going back to them to get them groomed again thank you tail wagger’s.
It was Zorro's first time going for a nail trim and he did fantastic. Great customer service plus they even freshen him a little. Definitely will be coming back
I went here after them being recommended from my vet office for our doggie to be groomed.. My mother died 2 1/2 weeks ago and her dog needed grooming. She had Mats everywhere.. The business we had an appt with refused to groom her and said a vet had to do it .. I walked in and told them the story and the issue and Mrs Brandy came over and looked at her and said no problem I can do her... I was like ok thank you and was ready to make a appt but no she took her right then and said she would do her today... Talk about a woman and staff who truly care for and love animals.. I was so THANKFUL and omg did Lil Bit look so good when I picked her... They now have my business and anyone else that I can send to them or recommend them too... Once again thank you so much!!!!
