They treat her great , like she is special part of family . Best place to take your babies for a bath , day to just let them be themselves and have fun .

We board our dogs here for any trip we take. I'm happy with the services and dogs enjoy the treats from staff that we pack ( unlimited supply).

Love Southern Paws and so does my dog Shadow! The day care, grooming and boarding are wonderful, I love to see Shadow when she is freshly groomed.

Very picky regarding the care and grooming of my husky. New to the area and feel extremely lucky to have found Soutgern Paws. Best of all my dog loves it!

Had our dogs stay for a week. There were too many requirements that other dog boarders don’t require including additional vaccines that most don’t need. When we got the dogs back, they smelled horrible and we didn’t get any of our food back. Our one dog hardly eats anything when he’s away so I find it hard to believe he ate everything we provided for him. They make you do a one day assessment where they watch the dog for a day and make sure they are a good fit. Our one dog was spayed recently and even though our vet said she’d be good after 10 days to be with other dogs, they told us we had to bring her back after 15 days so we had to reschedule her assessment which caused a huge inconvenience. While this place is $2/day cheaper than the other one we used in the past, the hassle is not worth it. The customer service isn’t great either. We failed to see one of the requirements that we had to individually pack each dog’s food for each day so they made us do this the day we dropped them off. A worker with good customer service would’ve just asked how much per day and done this themselves rather than make us do it the day we left for vacation, adding to our stress. They even had spare bags there because other customers have made the same mistake. Just an unnecessary rule. There’s even a page of rules you have to read before entering through their front door. Would recommend going with another boarder.
