Scruffy to Fluffy Dog Grooming

If I could give this grooming facility beyond 5 stars, I totally would. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, they are time efficient, and they don’t keep your dog there for hours on end locked up in a cage as they operate by appointment. I’m always able to get in when my fur baby needs it! Chris is the most down to earth, honest, and reliable owner. My dogs come back looking and smelling fantastic!!! 20/10 I would recommend this place to anyone with fur babies in need of grooming services. I never have to worry while they are there. I know the staff treats my dogs as if they are their own

I have been taking my dog here for years. They're doing excellent job. Looks like a totally different dog every time. They treat animals well , you can go in and watch how they do it. They're very friendly. A very good group of women

Scruffy To Fluffy has become my new dog Groomer since moving to Myrtle Beach from New York. The owner is very nice professional and very good at doing a great job taking care of my Bella and now I’m bringing her brother down Brody so she’s going to have two of them to deal with. But I’m more than sure that she will do a great job! Bella is the one with basically all white face and Brody is the other one and he suffers from closed tear ducks.

I have to change my review due to the last two experiences we had here. In the picture, my dog Panzer had his second trim, and we had been pleased to this point. The third time he went to them, they did not follow the cut from the previous two times. His beard was cut almost completely off the bottom and rounded. I always paid before I saw him, and once I did, I asked if he had an issue in his beard. I was told no. I then asked why it was cut off. Never got a straight answer. The fourth time, when I dropped him off, I showed them a picture that I gave them the first time, and I asked if they would cut him like that. Basically cut the skirt, not the beard. We got a full skirt and no beard. I do not know what happened, but when you pay over $80 for a pet clean and cut, you would expect what you asked for. We are very disappointed. We like Dani and Christine. We wish them the best, but Panzer and our new puppy Otto will not be going back.
