Absolutely wonderful people who took care of us last minute. Did such an excellent job taking care of our girl. Thank you so much for the love and care. The owner was so sweet seemed like she had the world on her shoulders wanted to let you know how grateful we are for you and your staff.

Anna took me in for a quick appointment while I was traveling. Her groom was amazing and my dog was happy when I picked her up. Would totally recommend, and wish I lived closer.

I always take my dog there, they’re great very responsible, competent, they do all types of breeds especially Doodles. I highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with them and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I had a mobile grooming appointment at 12pm. I called 5 minutes after since I wasn’t sure how it worked, I believe I spoke with the owner for every conversation, but she told me that they were running a little behind and would call me when they’re on the way. Which was fine things happen and I assumed it would be like a 30 minute delay. Welp then it hit 1:35pm and I still didn’t receive a call, so I called and left a voicemail. She called me back at 1:50pm saying that the are still behind and all the way in Conway and since she doesn’t know how much longer it would be, if it would be okay for one of the groomers to come get my dog, do the service at the shop and then drop her off. I said that’s fine since my daughter was sleeping. He picked her up at 2:15pm. Over 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. He didn’t have a kennel in the car and was just going to put her in the back seat… luckily I have a doggy car seat for him to use. I messaged saying to let me know when she’s done and I’ll pick her up. I didn’t get a message until 4:25pm that she’d be done in 15 minutes. Finally picked her up and started to explain all this to the owner, which I shouldn’t have had too since she already knew about it, but all she could say was sorry and that they are just really busy. She offered me a discount right before I was about to pay, but I paid $60 for a mini groom & teeth clean (my dog is like 8 lbs) when I’m pretty sure when I first booked online it said it was going to be around $46. I wish I took a picture but I didn’t so I can’t really say anything about that. I forgot to ask for details on the price since my focus was getting out of there since my 7 month old was getting fussy. The service itself was good, my dog looks and smells good. But instead of an 1hr-1.5hr appointment this turned into like a 4.5 hr ordeal for me, it was an inconvenience.
