Savvy-Yohn

Both Ashley, greeter, and Hope, the groomer have gone above and beyond to handle my Llasa Apso’s needs in grooming her. She’s a rescue and as she has aged we have had issues with peeing, etc @ groomers. They have really gone out of the way to continue to care for her. Don’t think I could ever trust anyone else with her!

Debra Doe is the groomer I've been following for the past 10 years. This is a nice group of people who do an excellent job.

As far as I'm concerned, Savvy-Yohn is the best groomer in the Mount Pleasant area. The others are good (not happy with Pet Smart), but Savvy just seems to be much more of a great fit for our 2 dogs, one with hair and the other with fur. Everyone is very nice that works there too.

Update: My elderly Bichon passed away, and after 3 years, we got another Bichon, this time, a puppy. Of course, we are taking our new baby, Julius to Hope for grooming. Nothing has changed. Ashley welcomes Jules with loving arms like an aunt, and Hope has become his second Mom. I have had a Bichon for a total of over 19 years now, and I have never, ever had a groomer that even came close to doing the quality of grooming that Hope does. Trust me, you will not find a better groomer or greeter anywhere around. I just hope she never retires! Hope does the best job around. My Bichon Frise is a high maintenance and elderly. Hope is his second Mom and loves him as much as I do. Ashley always welcomes Jacques happily. I never worry about him while he is there because I know that Hope and Ashley will keep him safe and happy. The icing on the cake is what a fantastic job Hope does with his grooming. He looks and smells so handsome when he comes home. She sculpts his legs so that when he sits, they flare out. Hope is the only groomer that I have seen do that with my Bichon. She does the best job I have ever seen. I highly recommend this salon all around.

My goldendoodle, Teddy, and I recently moved from Mt P to Greenville and didn't realize how good we had it at Savvy Yohn! We've tried 2 groomers so far and none of them have measured up to the job Hope did! She did such a fabulous job with Teddy - really taking her time and making him look like a doodle - not a poodle. He always came back so fluffy and handsome. Ashley was always so sweet with Teddy too when I dropped him off even though he can be a maniac! They really care about the animals and it shows. We miss Savvy Yohn!!
